文理学院地处环境优美的Loyola校区，离蒙特利尔市中心校区25分钟车程，每天都有免费校车频繁来回于两个校区。该学院师资力量雄厚，教学和实验设备先进，广泛开设自然学科和人文学科，涵盖了不同领域的50多个专业，是康考迪亚大学四个学院中学科数目较多的学院。“加拿大高等教育策略协会”将该学院的“社会学和人文科学”排名加拿大第9位。其中新闻学和传媒学作为其强势学科，在加拿大享有很好的声誉。隶属于文理学院的经济学专业为JMSB商学院提供大量经济学课程，是商学院强力的后盾，在QS世界大学学科排名中位列101-150段位。
